被调查者An individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, sexual exploitation or retaliation for engaging in a protected activity.
决议The result of an informal or Formal Grievance Process.
制裁A consequence imposed by the University on a 被调查者 who is found to have violated this policy.
性剥削When a person takes non-consensual or abusive sexual advantage of another for anyone’s advantage or benefit other than the person being exploited, and that behavior does not otherwise constitute one of the other sexual misconduct offenses.
性骚扰The umbrella category including the offenses of sexual harassment, 性侵犯, 跟踪, and dating violence and domestic violence as set forth in 第九条 regulations (34 CFR §106.30) and identified in detail in this policy.
第九条协调员The official designated by the University to ensure compliance with 第九条 and the University’s 第九条 program. References to the Coordinator throughout this policy may also encompass a designee of the Coordinator for specific tasks.
